Terms and Conditions

• Registration amount should be realized prior to the start of the training.
• Under no grounds and/or circumstance, the fees amount paid to Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. can be refunded, transferred or adjusted to any other client.
• Attendance in all the sessions of the module is mandatory for successful completion.
• In the event of a dishonored cheque, charges of Rs. 500/- per transaction will be collected.
• Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers, these terms and any other related services and products 'as-is' and, to the fullest extent permitted by application law, expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, design, accuracy, capability, sufficiency, sustainability, capability, completeness, availability. Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no liability for the content or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of any information provided and shall be held harmless against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental consequential, punitive or exemplary damages to persons, including without limitation personal injury, death or property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. programs attended for a day or in its entirety.
• Under unforeseen circumstances, any change in the dates/venue of program communicated earlier on account of act of God, War, Fire, Riots, Terrorism, Earthquake, action of State or Local Govt. Authorities, natural calamity, technical difficulties, medical grounds, social-political situations and/or any other contingencies not under reasonable control shall not be deemed as a breach of these terms.
• The client will have to manage his/her travel for attending the program.
• Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to allow or disallow certain clients for attending the module in case the client is creating nuisance in the session or disparaging the goodwill of Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or on any other reasonable ground.
• The client understands that he/she has to perform and participate in and implement all the activities and tasks allotted to him/her in the training.
• The client shall not waste or spoil the goods provided to him during the said period nor without its consent share, copy, lend, advance, or part with the knowledge provided to him through the training and/or products or any part thereof to any person or company.
• Client acknowledges that his participation in Chrysalis is entirely voluntary and he undertakes to abide by rules and regulations of the session as amended from time to time.
• Defamation including libel and slander is strictly prohibited.
• The client understands that the use of language whatsoever in the training program may be to encourage him/her in his/her endeavors and not on him or her personally and that he/she shall not take any offence of the same or seek any damages in relation thereto.
• Both the parties undertake not to post, send or otherwise transmit through the social, print or internet media any unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind in relation to each other.
• Client undertakes to indemnify and pay damages to Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for all losses, damage to person or property of Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and/or its agents arising out of any act or omission on the part of the client.
• The parties hereto shall be governed by the Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality, Cyber and other Laws as applicable in India.
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during the training duration of each training day.
• The client should not solicit, induce, hire or poach any of Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. employees, agents, customers and business relations during the subsistence of the course and two years thereafter.
• These terms and conditions are subject to amendment without prior notice.
• Accommodation will be allotted on double or triple occupancy.
